Michael started in real estate in the late 1970's and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1983. Michael has "lived through" many real estate cycles and brings extensive real estate technical knowledge and skills to every transaction. Michael has been affiliated with small and large estate companies in the area before joining Keller Williams in 2004. Michael is frequently recognized for his skills in real estate contracts, negotiation, and problem-solving. He has been recognized as a top-producer in real estate, and also brings experience in financial planning.

Linda is a licensed Realtor and joined Michael in 2005 to form The Colar Team. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Linda was an International Training Director in high-technology and a Director in non-profit. Linda's background also includes Project Management, Organizational Development, Staff Development, and Customer Service. Linda is skilled in business development, marketing, negotiations, and problem-solving.
