| Being first time homebuyers, my husband and I were extremely nervous and pretty much clueless on the whole process. When we first met Michael and Linda we were really wowed by them. All we were hoping for in an agent was professionalism and great knowledge of the business. Michael and Linda offer so much more. Among many good things they are honest, caring, dedicated, and dependable. They were welcoming to our two active little boys, which was very comforting to an apprehensive mother. …Michael Colar, our agent, was truly the most outstanding agent we have ever worked with to sell a home. We bought and sold 6 other homes during my 25 years in the Air Force and this was our best selling experience.
